Needless to say, there's no coach class here. Four carriages include the presidential suite ($2,500), a regular suite ($1,400), a deluxe cabin ($900) and a junior suite ($800), on routes from Delhi-Mumbai-Delhi and Delhi-Kolkata-Delhi. Tour details here.
For the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation's massive leap into the lap of luxury, they've got partner Cox & Kings to hold their hands all the way from Mumbai to Delhi via Vadodara, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Bikaner, Jaipur, Ranthambore and Agra and back on the train's maiden journey, returning to Mumbai January 17th.
