Inside Cathay Pacific's revamped first class lounge

Cathay Pacific Airways has given its flagship first class lounge a stunning makeover.
Part of The Wing, the revamped 1,697-square-meter facility located inside Hong Kong International Airport, the new space was unveiled last week after being closed for renovations since 2010.
Changes include increased capacity at The Haven, the lounge's dining area. The space features an expanded buffet counter with appetizers, Asian and Western dishes and desserts and an à la carte menu with wine.
There's also a new full-service bar overlooking a runway and The Champagne Bar, where members have access to free-flow pours.
The Wing's five cabanas have been upgraded. Each now features a shower, full-sized bath and day bed. These are in addition to 12 shower suites.
The Wing’s first class lounge is open to first class passengers, Diamond Marco Polo Club members and Emerald oneworld members. Opening hours are 5:30 a.m. until the last departure of the day.
