The Hong Kong Rugby Calendar returns
If only rugby players always practiced along the harbor with their shirts unbuttoned. The Hong Kong Rugby Calendar returns for its second year, giving female fans a chance to spend another year gazing at the well-toned bodies of Hong Kong rugby players on their wall.
The 2012 Hong Kong Rugby Calendar will be a visual feast for fans as 18 rugby players in Hong Kong have taken the time to work on the calendar in aid of two very good causes.
From the selection of images from the calendar already released, it looks like there are more stylishly clothed months than last year’s calendar.
The boys' outfits in the calendar were sponsored by both Eden Park and Budgy Smuggler.
Proceeds from sales will go to the Christina Noble Children’s Foundation and the Ben Kende Foundation.
The calendar will be launched at a party at Coast Bistro and Bar tonight, December 2 at 7:30 p.m. The rugby boys will make an appearance at the party in support of the calendar and the charities, wearing their Eden Park shirts.
The calendar is on sale for HK$150 each at Escapade and the Hong Kong Football Club shop. It can also be ordered via email at hongkong@cncf.org. More information can be found on the calendar’s Facebook page.
A brooding rugby player always looks good in pink stripes.
Stylin' sportsmen.
Like a rock.
Even on their off days, a good rugby player knows to always have a ball handy.
