The Four Seasons' big ticket Chinese restaurant, Lung King Heen meets the 6-star hotel expectations with warm service, serene atmosphere and some of the city's best dim sum.
Pamper your tastbuds with Chef Chan Yan Tak's meticulously made dim sum. The cheung fun here is stuffed with premium fish fillets, and each scallop and prawn dumpling is served in its own individual mini steam basket. The housemade XO sauce is so good, foodies go home with jars of it.
If visiting for dinner, try steamed duck liver flavored with abalone sauce and wok-fried Wagyu beef cubes with morel mushrooms. Dip everything in the vegetarian version of the XO sauce to push the flavors into overdrive.
