The pork lung and almond soup served at Luk Yu Teahouse has especially been popular for more than 70 years, especially during flu season. Pork lung soup is believed to fortify the human respiratory system.
Luk Yu's version is outstanding for including almond puree. The soup is rich and fragrant with the addition of dried mandarin peel, red dates and dried bok choy.
