At last: World’s first Hello Kitty Beauty Spa
Artificial archipelago? Check. The tallest tower in the world? Check.
Hello Kitty Beauty Spa, located at Town Center Jumeirah, is also the first character-branded spa in the Middle East, according to Sharaf Retail, which runs the Hello Kitty spa.
The service aims for the high-spending “Queens” who want to bring along their "Princesses" (as the beauty spa terms its clients) to enjoy "posh pampering" services.
"We're all about sugar and spice and everything incredibly nice," gushes the spa's website.
As well as the cutest, it may be the pinkest beauty spa in the world.
Upon entering, you are greeted by a big Hello Kitty face outlined with a red silk bow behind the reception desk as well as receptionists with Hello Kitty faces on their white and pink uniforms.

It is designed with a vintage girly touch, according to the salon.
Besides massage, the Hello Kitty spa provides manicures, pedicures, facials, hair and makeup services.
Services are divided into those for “Queens” and “Princesses" and treatments include Kitty-cure hand massages (US$8 for kids and US$11 for adults) and an oatmeal Kitty Glam facial (US$19).
The Princess products are organic and safe for sensitive skins.
At first glance, only the cushions are adorned with Hello Kitty's adorable face. But wait until the stylists flash the Hello Kitty nail polish and other products before you. It's Kitty cornucopia.
If you're not getting nauseous, buy some Hello Kitty-motif goodies at the reception or drool at the café counter where they sell juices, flavored tea, cookies, candies and organic cupcakes.
"Oh-la-la, they are all "oh-so-cute," says the spa's website.
