One of the founding editors at HELLO! India, Gayatri has had a diverse career, having previously worked in finance for Deutsche Bank, as a management consultant for The Monitor Group, and as a British civil servant for the UK's Treasury department.

Her interests include politics, fashion, travel, food, art and culture.

She has lived all over the world including Islamabad, Algiers, London New Delhi, Boston and New York.

She moved to Mumbai from New York in late 2006, and continues to delight in discovering new aspects of this maximum city.
