Gaurav moved back home from New York in 2006 to join Moët Hennessy India (part of the prestigious LVMH Group) and currently heads Marketing for their Luxury Champagne, Wines & Spirits in India. His penchant for Luxury Marketing matches his passion and knowledge of Luxe.

Gaurav has been invited to speak at the prestigious International Herald Tribune Luxury Conference and is currently on the Advisory Board of the Maharashtra Economic Development Council, as a Luxury Expert. An opinion leader in the field, he has written for variously publications like The Times of India, Hindustan Times, DNA and L’Officiel among others on Luxury and Lifestyle. He has also hosted Lux ‘capsules’ on Indian Television.

From the esteemed Cathedral & John Connon School in Mumbai he went on to graduate from Middlebury College in the United States where he majored in International Economics & Politics and Film-making.

Creative, spirited and a bon vivant, Gaurav loves to travel, to “re-re-discover Rajasthan and Europe," enjoys collecting antiques and celebrates life with gastronomy and of course Champagne! He is currently writing a book on India Luxe, an argosy of short autobiographical stories that bring to life true Lux Living in India.

Gaurav lives with his wife Pratima, a Fashion Designer and their two year-old son, Abeer.
